Privacy Policy

Fit Shield is designed to keep sensitive fitness and app-selection information on your device whenever possible. This policy explains what the app uses and why.

Information Fit Shield Uses

Fit Shield may use Health data you authorize, including steps, active energy, exercise minutes, stand hours, and workouts, to calculate goal progress and award app time. Fit Shield may also use Screen Time selections you authorize so selected apps, categories, or websites can be shielded.

How Information Is Stored

Goal settings, progress snapshots, shield settings, app-time balances, and onboarding preferences are stored on your device. Fit Shield does not sell your personal information.

Health Data

Health data is used only to provide app features related to fitness goals and earned app time. Fit Shield does not use Health data for advertising and does not sell Health data.

Screen Time Data

Screen Time permissions are used to let you choose protected apps and to apply shields. Apple limits what apps can see from Screen Time selections, and Fit Shield uses that access only to provide shielding features.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchase history are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fit Shield may check App Store entitlement status to unlock paid features.
