Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Fit Shield. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Fit Shield helps you connect fitness goals with app access. You are responsible for choosing appropriate goals, protected apps, and time limits for your own needs.
Health and Safety
Fit Shield is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional health guidance. Stop activity that feels unsafe and consult a qualified professional before making significant fitness changes.
Subscriptions
Paid features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials are handled by Apple under your Apple ID account settings and Apple's terms.
Availability
Fit Shield depends on Apple frameworks including HealthKit, Screen Time, FamilyControls, and DeviceActivity. Features may vary based on device, iOS version, permissions, and Apple platform behavior.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its services, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use it in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Fit Shield is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit Shield and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
